Montinee
Community Relations Manager
Montinee was one of the founding members of Elan. She has had several years working for Japan Airlines, including recently as Cabin Crew Supervisor where she was responsible for grooming training and in-flight service training.
At Elan, Montinee teaches Elan students about grooming, self-presentation, self-confidence techniques and also interview communication skills. Having worked recently as a recruitment officer with an international Middle Eastern carrier, Montinee is well-equipped to guide students and graduates alike on what international carriers look for in candidates.
Pui
Senior Executive Career Support
Pui joined Elan recently in order to look after the welfare of our students and graduates. She brings with her many years of experience having worked as a Service Manager with Cathay Pacific. Also Pui was a member of the team setting up in-flight and crew handling systems for Orient Thai Airlines.
Through these roles, Pui has gained many skills that enable her to advise and guide expertly the career paths of our students and graduates.
