Elan was conceived by Performa in order to provide young people with strong, well-rounded preparation for careers in aviation and hospitality.
Performa has spent over twenty-five years advising some of the world’s most famous hotel groups and some of its best airline brands, in the delivery of guest service experiences that exceed the highest expectations.
This depth of understanding of guest service design and a passion for learning were the inspiration behind Performa’s creation of Elan.
It was time for the next generation to be empowered with the tools, knowledge and skills to take the next steps in their aviation or hospitality careers confidently and successfully.
